By placing an order for delivery, you accept the following terms:
- If nobody is home at time of delivery, we will contact you on the number provided. If we cannot, we will leave your order in a place which we deem safe.
- If there is no safe place to leave your order, we cannot gain access to your property and we fail to reach you on the contact number provided, your order will be available for collection up until 6:30pm that day from our Titirangi location. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional fee.
- If you require a specific delivery time, send us an email before placing your order at email@example.com.
- Large orders may incur an additional delivery fee.
- If you are running late for your collection, please give us a call or text to let us know. A new collection time can be arranged during our opening hours, due to the nature of our products, we do not hold on to missed orders for more than 24 hours.
- If you miss your collection slot and have not successfully made contact with us, then you will forgo your order.
- Our products are unique and handcrafted, with no two being the same.
- We require 2-3 working days notice for all Orders, however if you require an urgent or bespoke order, please Contact Us directly and we will happily assist when possible.
- We take all the precautions to make sure there is no cross-contamination in our allergy friendly products. However our delicious products are all created in the same kitchen and we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free from allergens. Items may contain or have come in contact with peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts, egg, milk, wheat, gluten, soybean, sesame seeds, lupin and sulphites.

- Gift Vouchers may be redeemed on our website. Vouchers must be used by the expiry date. It cannot be used after the expiry date and unused vouchers will not be refunded. Vouchers are not redeemable or refundable for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Coupon codes can only be used for online orders. It cannot be used on sale items and only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
Refunds – Website Orders:
- As all our products are baked to order, no refunds or changes can be made to the order once it has been processed. Please enquire with us prior to submitting your order if you have any questions.
- Refunds will not be given for missed collections. Our products are perishable and we do not hold on to missed orders for more than 24 Hours.
- Our products are considered perishable goods and we will therefore not be able to offer a refund if they are damaged during delivery.
- Website orders – No refunds or changes can be made to the order once it has been processed. Please enquire with us prior to submitting your order if you have any questions. If your cancellation request is accepted, it will incur a 3.1% fee.
- Bespoke orders – Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not provided for any reason including in cases of force majeure (i.e a pandemic). We do however have the following options;
– Postpone your order to a later date, subject to date availability, additional fees/costs may apply.
– Store credit, minus any expenses already spent on the order, valid for 12months.
